#BeAGoodFriend Mural Unveiling

On Saturday, Feb. 22, Friends of Feeney unveiled its new mural at Parkville Market. The Starry Night themed spin on the iconic #BeAGoodFriend logo was designed and painted by Julie Bergeron from RiseUP for Arts with assistance from a group of local elementary school children.

The mural will be a permanent fixture in "The Local" bar at Parkville, and was unveiled during a live musical performance part of the Be A Good Friend Rock the Lock concert series, a collaboration between FoF, Parkville and the Greater Hartford Arts Council.
